Our Story
Al-Tayyab Healthcare & Educational Foundation was founded with a single conviction: that where you are born should not determine whether you have access to healthcare and education. The mountainous terrain of Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa presents extraordinary challenges — roads are scarce, weather is harsh, and the nearest hospital can be hours away.
What began as small community health initiatives in Shinkiari and surrounding villages has grown into an organization serving multiple districts across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Our founders recognised that the communities of these regions are not helpless — they are resilient people facing geographic barriers that require dedicated, sustained support.
Today, we run medical camps, operate mountain ambulance services, support students through scholarships, and provide welfare assistance to widows, orphans, and persons with disabilities — all while maintaining zero political affiliation and zero sectarian agenda.

Non-Political & Non-Sectarian
Al-Tayyab Foundation serves all communities regardless of religion, caste, sect, or political affiliation. Our beneficiaries include Muslim, Christian, and other communities across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
We have no political affiliation. We have no sectarian agenda. Our only mandate is service.
Legal Status
Al-Tayyab Healthcare & Educational Foundation is a registered non-profit organization operating under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Registration Number: SOC/XX/XXXX (Society Registration)
The foundation is audited annually by a Chartered Accountant firm, and financial records are maintained per standard accounting practices.
Governance
The foundation is governed by an executive council comprising community leaders, professionals, and subject matter experts. Council members serve three-year terms.

Where We Work
Our primary area of operation is District Mansehra and surrounding regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with a focus on mountainous and remote communities where access to healthcare and education is most limited.
Headquartered in Shinkiari, our teams regularly reach villages in Upper Mansehra, Kaghan Valley, and other hard-to-access areas. We are expanding our geographic scope as resources permit, with the goal of serving communities across the mountain belt of northern Pakistan.
